Customer Service & Sales Support Representative – Weekly Pay – Entry Level
Pay: $50,000–$70,000 per year (Base + Performance Bonuses)

HighRange Collective is seeking a full-time Customer Service & Sales Support Representative in the Plano and surrounding DFW area. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences while supporting sales efforts inside major retail locations.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in-store with product information and service options
- Provide friendly, professional customer support and answer inquiries
- Support the sales team with customer onboarding and account setup
- Help maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Contribute to overall team sales goals through service and support
